After successfully delivering multi-operator connectivity at One Gallery Hub, Shared Access has expanded mobile coverage into newly refurbished public areas at The National Gallery.
As part of a major upgrade programme – including the Sainsbury Wing, Pigott Theatre and Rodin Centre for Creative Learning – the Gallery needed guaranteed, high-quality mobile coverage in areas where Grade-1 listed architecture and contemporary building materials severely restrict external signal.
By extending the existing Distributed Antenna System and connecting via its innovative off-site Base Station Hotel (BTS Hotel), Shared Access delivered seamless, future-ready mobile connectivity for staff and visitors alike.
Visitors now benefit from reliable signal for ticketing, wayfinding, accessibility tools and sharing their experience – enhancing safety, engagement and the overall visitor journey.
